Cozi Organizer...

Ok, so I know that we all get a little disorganized with life from time to time. This happens a little more often for me than most, but I have been using this online calendar for about 6 months off and on. It is wonderful. You can access it here. You will have to sign up and create an account, but it is great.

Best part is that everyone in the family gets a certain color and the calendar has the activities for each person listed next to their color. It is the high tech version of color coding your calendar to each family member.

If you have not checked it out before, please do so. You will not regret it as your home will run so much smoother. You can keep a journal of things that happen over the course of the year and it too has a grocery list organizer. Everything that is offered on this site is all FREE and printable. Love it!!!

Free Grocery List Helper...

For those of you like me out there who stink at making a grocery list. Scott Brand Products has a grocery list tool on there, where you can add items that are already pre-loaded and you can even add your own items if you don't seem them on there. After putting your items on the list, hit the print button and it will spit out your list for you to head out to the store. On the page, it says to either sign in or join now, guess what you don't have to do either of them. Just start compiling your list, print it out, and start shopping. WOOHOO!!!

I have been looking at the SmartShopper, but don't want to spend the money on it so, here is your FREE way of getting an electronic grocery list. The Scott Brand Grocery List Tool will also categorize just as the SmartShopper does. It is great to save so much money!!! LOVE IT!

Been a while...

I know that it has been a while since I posted on here, but I have been re-organizing the house (well, organizing it for the first time, at least...) It is basically done, but I still have been hitting the deals up and finally have my stockpile up and running. WOOHOO!!! Thanks to Heather with Pinch that Penny 'til it Screams, she will be helping me to utilize my stockpile to my advantage with some new recipes and meal planning. I can't wait for tomorrow for this to happen. I am not a meal planner, but I will soon be reformed. LOL!! I just have to learn the tricks of the trade. As I try new recipes, I will post them and let you all know what I thought of them.


Today, was spent redoing the good ole stockpile to work for me and well, I had to an inventory first on it. So, I have posted my inventory in a google doc for anyone who wants to see how I set it up. It can be seen here.
